social5
Social5's own branding leads this Build, respected, kept, and equipped. What changes is everything underneath it.
The concept: Social5 is a marketing company operating since 2012 with assets most agencies would kill for, a trusted name, clients who stay for years on month-to-month terms, and seats inside franchise and association channels. What it never built is the modern stack: a CRM for every client, AI that answers, a review engine, an affiliate engine that exists. This Build puts that stack underneath Social5's current brand, her branding, carrying our products, and operates it day to day. The case in one line, from the review: a strong brand and loyal clients, missing the modern stack.
The Build opened with a full public-source audit of Social5 (October 16, 2026): 13 evidence-graded findings. It leads with the assets, since 2012, loyal clients, channel trust, a genuinely current SEO/GEO program, then the system gaps: proof that runs on channels instead of named clients, an unclaimed 4.9-star review profile, a partner engine whose public pages return 404, fulfillment with no platform underneath it, and brand equity split across three domains. A market section, a head-to-head against Social5 on this stack, and a fix-first list complete it.

No working session has taken place, and nothing about this Build has been sent to anyone. The first conversation this package is prepared for is with FirePower / TLN executive leadership. Until it happens, this stage says so.
The phased plan, Phase 0 foundation, Phase 1 client migration, Phase 2 affiliate relaunch, Phase 3 operate and grow, written as commitments, with both brand roads presented and the full-catalog mapping summarized. Zero prices appear in it, by design.
The lead road is Social5's own identity, carried further: the current logo and brand on a clean, modern build that tells the platform story in Social5's voice, "The marketing partner small businesses actually trust, now with a platform behind it." A full concept homepage is built and included in this package.
Direction V2, 24social7 stays in the materials as a clearly secondary option: a later road, in its own brand kit (teal #2EBD9B, orange #FF8B33, charcoal; Orbitron / Montserrat / Poppins). It is not the lead treatment and not the hero of this Build. Its full concept build is a separate internal package, presented as an option in the Build Plan.
No Social5 agent exists yet, and this stage does not pretend otherwise. The design: a named agent per client, trained on that client's facts through the client-writable training doc, answering chat and voice and capturing into the client's own CRM. The pattern is proven elsewhere in the network, Sarah (Pegasus Surfaces), Sterling (Argent Reach), and Sage (Homeward Wise) are live today, and Social5's own menu already sells AI chat and voice lines. The Build gives those lines a real platform to run on.
Designed, not built: a board of named target companies and partners for Social5's channels, PMI franchisees, InterNACHI members, former licensees, each researched, coded, and owned, replacing aggregate claims with named pipelines. The board does not exist yet; it is Phase 1–2 work.
Every form, quiz, card, and campaign on a Social5 client's surfaces pipes into that client's own subaccount, pipeline, contacts, conversations, follow-up, so the dashboard leadership sees is fed by the system that does the work, not by a monthly spreadsheet. Not started: it begins with the Phase 0 subaccount template.
One board where Social5 leadership sees every client, campaign, review, and open item, per client and per channel. No Social5 Mission Control exists today; it is the Phase 3 reporting surface, and the plan commits to monthly reporting from it.
Social5 brings a genuinely current SEO/GEO program, the review credits it as an asset. The Build adds the platform's daily blog and podcast pipeline and social production system behind it, pointed at Social5's clients. Honest cap from the capability record: podcast episodes in the network are generated daily today; public distribution is a separate switch, not yet on.
Claims capped at what the audit verified: for Social5 today that is Facebook (~11K followers) and Instagram (@social5_media). No X or YouTube presence could be verified, so none is claimed here. Distribution connects only the channels that are real, and engagement becomes the metric, not post counts, the audit found 1–3 likes per post on near-daily posting, and this stage exists to change that number, not to hide it.
The stage the back half of the Build points at: client replies from every connected channel landing in one inbox inside each client's subaccount, the AI drafting and the team approving. Sequenced after the channels connect, which is why it is honestly not started.
Designed to the house standard from day one: an on-page QR code, a take-a-selfie function, and a capture form wired into the right CRM subaccount with workflows behind it. No Social5 card exists yet. Stated honestly, per the capability record: the network-wide audit of existing cards (Oct 15, 2026) found the full standard not yet met on the cards already live, so this is a build commitment to the standard, not a claim it is finished anywhere.
Where the road ends: products, not promises. At this pre-engagement stage, what is in hand is this package itself, the review, the plan, and the concept builds, each one a click away in the row below. The client-facing products (card, Mission Control, live site, lead dashboard) do not exist yet and are not pictured as if they did.
This is the core of the presentation. Social5 already sells à la carte; its clients already buy from a menu. Under this Build, the menu becomes the platform's full service catalog, 64 services in 9 groups, offered under the Social5 name, from Social5's surfaces, to the clients who already trust Social5. The mechanism is the white-label pattern: Social5 as a brand configuration on the Business Hub OS template, the same template system proven with Benefit Connect and the fleet brand mirrors, so her branding is the storefront and the platform is the stockroom. Item names and what each does for the client only: no prices appear anywhere in this Build, by design.
The system of record every client runs on, the thing whose absence the review's hardest finding is about.
Every surface a client needs, wired into their CRM instead of floating free.
The modern form of lines already on Social5's own menu, now on a platform that trains them per client.
Production at cadence, in the client's voice, at each platform's exact size.
The formats Social5's own channels are missing today, produced inside the system.
The services that fix this review's findings, for Social5 first, then for every client.
One command center per audience, partners, members, leadership.
How Social5 University comes back: one academy, a Social5 track, a real handoff.
The engines that distribute everything above, including this Build's own model.
Count check: 10 + 12 + 8 + 7 + 4 + 12 + 5 + 3 + 3 = 64 services, mapped from the platform's service catalog of record (October 16, 2026). Two free front doors ride along with the catalog and are not counted in the 64: the instant Growth Score audit and the instant agent demo. Nothing in this section quotes a price, a plan, or a term, those are set separately, and Social5's clients would see this menu only under Social5's brand.
What exists today, as internal drafts, each one a click away. Client-facing products land here, with their real links, as the phases complete.
The audit as a page: assets first, 13 evidence-graded findings, the market, the head-to-head, the fix-first list.
The phased plan as a page: foundation, migration, affiliate relaunch, operate, with both brand roads and the catalog mapping.
Social5's current brand, carried further: a full concept homepage in this package, internal and unindexed.
The affiliate engine's front door, drafted in Social5's brand, the Phase 2 relaunch, ready to review.
Not in hand yet, so not pictured: the live Social5 website on the new build, the virtual card, the lead board, and a Social5 Mission Control surface. None of them exists today. When each one lands, it takes its place in this row with its own real screenshot and live link, screenshots are added only when there is a real surface to capture.
