The Social5 Build Plan

Social5's brand is carried, not replaced: the name, the mark, and the trust stay exactly where its clients left them. Business Hub OS rebuilds the platform underneath that brand, and operates the company day to day. Social5 keeps what only Social5 has: the name, the client relationships, the PMI and InterNACHI channels, the licensee heritage, and a decade of trust in the franchise and association world. Business Hub OS supplies what Social5 never built: the modern operating platform, the AI, the content engine, and the team that runs them. Nothing about the client experience gets worse or more distant, it gets faster, visible, and measured.

Prepared for: FirePower / TLN executive leadership (owners-side)  ·  Subject: Social5, social5.com  ·  Prepared: October 16, 2026  ·  Method: The Process, the Business Hub OS build method, applied to the October 16, 2026 audit  ·  Prices: none appear in this plan, by design, terms are set separately

How to read this page: this is an internal concept draft, prepared before any engagement. Every phase below is a commitment the Build would make, each carries the status it honestly holds today: Designed means the design work exists in this package; Not started means exactly that. Nothing here has been sent to Social5, and nothing starts until the reveal is approved.

The two brand roads

Direction V1 · The lead road

Social5, elevated

Designed

The name, the mark, and the trust stay, the presentation rises to meet them. The V1 concept keeps Social5's current logo and identity, rebuilt on a clean light system (navy, platform blue, coral) with the platform story told in Social5's own voice: "The marketing partner small businesses actually trust, now with a platform behind it." Month-to-month, human-reviewed, à la carte as always, now delivered on a system that tracks every piece of it. This is the road the phased plan below is written against.

The posture is deliberate: Social5's current brand is its sitting CEO's creation. Presenting it respected, carried further, not replaced, is stewardship an executive team can read at a glance, and it is how an organization absorbs change calmly: nobody's work is being erased, it is being equipped.

Direction V2 · The secondary option

24social7, a later road, kept in the materials

Designed

The fleet pattern allows a second brand road: 24social7, an existing always-on marketing brand in the same orbit, rebuilt with the full Business Hub OS stack under its own identity. V2 is presented as the alternate direction, a companion brand wearing its own kit end to end, not a reskin of V1. Its full concept build is a separate internal package; the brand facts below are its record.

Always On

“Accelerated by AI, Perfected by Humans.” Hero promise: “Your 24/7 Growth Engine.” Voice: confident, plain-spoken, small-business first, every message pairs AI with real people.

The phased plan

Phase 0 · Weeks 1–4

Foundation

Designed

The house gets put in order first, Social5's own presence becomes the demonstration of everything that follows.

  • Her brand, carried further: the V1 direction ships as the new social5.com, Social5's current branding, respected and kept, presented on a modern build, one flagship domain, with the legacy domains redirected into it (review fix 6).
  • Its own profiles claimed: Birdeye, Manta, and the full review footprint claimed and completed in week one (fix 1), and the contradictory client counts replaced with one set of numbers sourced from the system (fix 2).
  • The subaccount template stood up: the Social5 client template, pipeline, fields, follow-up workflows, AI switches, built once, proven, and ready to duplicate per client.
  • Named proof started: the first permissioned case studies drafted from the relationships the testimonials already prove (fix 3).
Phase 1 · Months 2–3

Client migration

Not started

Active clients move onto the platform in waves, starting where the evidence is strongest: the channels.

  • Channel clients first: the PMI program wave leads, then InterNACHI members, then direct clients, each onto their own subaccount with pipeline, contacts, and conversations in one place (fix 4).
  • An AI receptionist per client: a named agent, trained on that client's facts through the client-writable training doc, answering chat and voice and capturing into the client's own CRM, the pattern already live for Sarah, Sterling, and Sage elsewhere in the network.
  • The review engine live per client: guided review flows, profile claiming, rating monitoring, and human-approved response drafts (fix 5).
  • Social5 University revived: Social5 had this idea first, it returns on the shared learning hub as a Social5 track for clients and franchisees.
Phase 2 · Months 3–4

Affiliate relaunch

Designed

The engine that built Social5 gets rebuilt on modern rails, this is the headline of the whole plan.

  • Partner recruiting live: the partner page returns (the concept is drafted in this Build), aimed first at the channels that already trust the name: PMI franchisees, InterNACHI members, former licensees and resellers.
  • Onboarding on the affiliate platform: per-partner subaccounts, their own dashboards, tracked referrals, and content partners can actually sell, at [Level 1 rate - set at launch] on everything a referred client ever buys.
  • The licensee path evaluated: the Social5 Development Group model, sell locally, Social5 fulfills everything, assessed for revival with the first partner cohort.
Phase 3 · Ongoing

Operate and grow

Not started

Business Hub OS operates the company day to day, this is a running commitment, not a launch event.

  • Content engine at full cadence: planning and production for client accounts, social publishing with engagement workflows, Social5's own SEO/GEO strength kept and extended.
  • Reputation, run as a system: review requests, monitoring, and response drafts across every client, every month.
  • Lead capture and follow-up automation in each client subaccount, no lead, post, or bill ever silently stops again.
  • Monthly Mission Control reporting to leadership, per client and per channel (PMI, InterNACHI, licensees): the numbers on the wall are the numbers in the system.
  • Quarterly re-audit: this Build's review re-runs every quarter, each pass dated, progress and regression both visible on the page.

Her brand, the full catalog

The core of this presentation is simple: Social5's branding, carrying the full Business Hub OS catalog. Social5 already sells à la carte, its clients already buy from a menu. Under this plan the menu becomes the platform's full service catalog: 64 services in 9 groups, offered under the Social5 name, from Social5's site, to clients who already trust Social5. The mechanism is the white-label pattern: Social5 as a brand configuration on the Business Hub OS template, the same template system already proven with Benefit Connect and the fleet mirrors, with fulfillment, AI, and operations running behind her brand. The full item-by-item mapping is published on The Social5 Build home. No prices appear there or here, by design.

Also part of the Build

The front door: a virtual card to the house standard

Designed

Every Build closes with an always-on entry point. Social5's is a virtual card carrying an on-page QR code, a take-a-selfie function, and a capture form wired into the right CRM subaccount with workflows behind it, the standing card standard, applied from day one rather than retrofitted.

The Knowledge Vault, seeded by the Build

Designed

Everything this Build learns, the audit, the brand kit, the agent training, the channel facts, lands in Social5's Knowledge Vault as its Brain's first real contents. A Build is how a Vault gets filled; no knowledge stays stranded in project files.

The Go-Live pack

Not started

At completion, Social5 announces its own upgrade in its own brand and voice: a post set, a short video, and the Build link, built around one message, "we've upgraded how we serve you." The builder's credit rides along; the announcement belongs to Social5.

The flagship of a repeatable pattern

Designed

This plan is step one of a bigger model: Business Hub OS as a platform-and-operations engine for marketing companies, real clients, real local trust, an operating model a decade old, moved onto a modern platform while the agency keeps its name, its clients, and its trust. Social5 is the flagship first case because the channels, the heritage, and the name are already there. The pattern is documented in the white-label program plan in the project record.

What happens next

  1. Internal review first. This Build, review, plan, both brand roads, is an internal concept. It goes nowhere until it is approved internally.
  2. The reveal is a separate decision. Completion is not permission: the Build stays internal and unindexed until the owner approves the reveal. Nothing on these pages has been sent to Social5, its owners, or anyone else.
  3. Then Phase 0 opens with the foundation: the elevated site, the claimed profiles, the one set of numbers, and the client subaccount template.
  4. And the record keeps itself honest: statuses on these pages change only when the work is real, and the review re-runs quarterly with each pass dated.
